Creativity Through Storytelling Workshop

In the Creativity Through Storytelling Workshop, you'll have a chance to explore your own creativity. Jay will tell some stories and talk about his creative process. He will lead you in some simple exercises to explore the beauty of sound and imagery. In addition, we will explore rhythm, details, emotions, character and the creative use of space in storytelling. The workshop will be informal and playful. No one is put on the spot. Flannery O'Connor said if we get through childhood we have enough material for a lifetime. This is a time to explore the mystery of story and the mysteries within you.
